Introduction

Hi All
I would like to start by introducing myself, my name is Bec and I am a 25 year old mum of two beautiful daughters. Mickalee who turned 2 in March 08' and Brandy who turned 1 in April 08'. My girls keep me very busy but I needed something to do while they are sleeping and blogging was suggested to me by a friend, Tracy. So bare with me as I am new at this and I am sure my entries will improve with time. : ).

We have just recently moved to S.A for my husband to start work with a new company and so far all is going very well! Other than having to adjust to the cold weather. Tony is away for 4 weeks at a time then he is home for 1. So we plan to do a few trips away on his time off, so keep checking back to read about our daring adventures, be warned though I don't think we have been away anywhere yet with out their being some sort of drama!!

I am originally from South Australia but I moved to Queensland 6 years ago to try out the wide open spaces, fell in love, had 2 babies and got married. I know that isn't in the right order but I never have done things by the book. : )

I am hopefully going to explain in my blog general things that happen in my family's day to day life as well as sharing with you my personal birthing experience with each baby, personal hurdles in child rearing, as well as isolated life in the bush with a baby, I am not the first to do it and will not be the last. God knows how woman with babies survived in the outback before phones, internet, R.F.D.S and weekly freight deliveries. : )

I will start with the births and try to work in order to where the girls are now, as I said they are 2 and 1. Please leave comments as I am new at this and any advise or criticism will be helpful. Obviously all kids are different so do not use my blog as gospel, I am just telling you my story.
